Wladimir Klitschko demands probe into pawned Panettiere jewelry
The late 'Heroes' star's ex-fiancé says a non-family member pawned her jewelry and wants law enforcement to get involved.

Wladimir Klitschko has asked law enforcement to investigate the disappearance of jewelry and other personal items he says were pawned after Hayden Panettiere's death. TMZ obtained the court documents.
The former heavyweight says a non-family member pawned some of her belongings. The pawn shop refuses to detail the items without a police inquiry, and Klitschko argues the pieces could be sold before anyone can step in.
Klitschko also filed for temporary guardianship of their 11-year-old daughter's estate, saying Kaya is entitled to her mother's full assets. That Sept. 24 Los Angeles filing calls the matter urgent.
The two filings work in tandem: get control of the estate, then demand an investigation into what's missing.
But the complications go beyond pawn shops. Klitschko claims in the documents that federal agents entered Panettiere's Los Angeles home and removed property. Before her death, the couple had hired a security service after a documented breach. After she died, the service changed the locks and moved storage units filled with designer items.
Panettiere's parents, meanwhile, are in their own standoff. Page Six obtained the coroner's report showing she was wearing stud earrings when she died. One parent wants them shipped to North Carolina; the other wants them in California. The coroner's office is holding them until the parents reach an agreement.
Sources close to the family told TMZ they support Klitschko's moves, calling him a great father.
Panettiere died Aug. 16 at 36 in Greenville, South Carolina. The coroner ruled an accidental overdose involving fentanyl and other substances.
