Zak Bagans Buys Cold War Bunker in Las Vegas
The 'Ghost Adventures' host spent $4.5 million on a 16,000-square-foot property with a hidden bunker and a dark history.

TMZ reports that Zak Bagans has bought the Underground Mansion, a Las Vegas property with a Cold War-era luxury bunker nearly three stories below the main house. The 16,000-square-foot estate cost $4.5 million.
The house is designed to feel like a permanent outdoor scene, with painted skies, fake landscaping, a pool, and lighting that shifts to mimic different times of day. But the real draw is the bunker. TMZ notes that during a walk-through, Bagans learned about its dark past, which was so unsettling that some staff refused to go there alone.
YouTuber MrBeast filmed there and called it "one of the most expensive and bizarre bunkers on the planet." Imagine Dragons also shot the music video for their song "Monday" inside the bunker.
Bagans plans to turn the property into a museum, opening it to the public for the first time, and produce an original documentary feature. "Once I was actually in the process of buying it, I was shocked by how many different mysteries are tied to this house, things I don't wanna reveal just yet," Bagans told TMZ. He says he intends to preserve the house and "dig deeper into the mysteries."
**The PR Read:** This is classic content-first real estate. Bagans isn't buying a home; he's buying a season of television and a new revenue stream. A bunker with a spooky reputation, a six-figure price tag, and a built-in fanbase from MrBeast and Imagine Dragons gives him ready-made footage. Turning it into a museum extends the brand beyond his show and lets him monetize the curiosity. The mystery he's teasing is the hook for a documentary. Find the creepy asset, announce the plan, let the audience fill in the gaps. It's the same strategy that built Ghost Adventures: lead with the unknown, sell the tour later.
Holly Erker of IS Luxury held the listing. Rob Jensen with Rob Jensen Company represented Bagans.
