Too $hort Apologizes for Diddy Party Comment
He says he didn't know the full allegations when he said he'd attend a welcome home party.

Too $hort is apologizing for saying he'd go to Diddy's welcome home party once he gets out of prison, TMZ reports.
In a video, the rapper said he was "a little insensitive" and didn't know the full extent of the allegations when he made the comment on The TMZ Podcast last week.
"I do not condone abuse in any kind of way, not emotional, not physical not sexual," he said. He also apologized to every person he hurt and every woman in his life, including his daughter.
Too $hort clarified he wasn't talking about a party with baby oil but a party for friends. He said he's been to dozens of Diddy's parties and never saw a naked person or a sexual act.
He added that he hopes Diddy has grown and isn't an abuser when he gets home.
