Harry and William face off, sort of, in 'SNL UK' cold open
The brothers trade barbs in a new sketch that also roasts Prince Andrew.

Prince Harry and Prince William are back to trading barbs, or at least their impersonators are. A new "SNL UK" cold open, which aired Oct. 10, imagines an awkward Sandringham reunion staged by none other than the disgraced former Prince Andrew, according to Page Six.
In the sketch, Prince William (Freddie Meredith) and Kate Middleton (Annabel Marlow) stumble upon Harry (Jack Shep) and Meghan Markle (Ayoade Bamgboye). William greets his brother with a nickname that doesn't exactly scream reconciliation: "Prince Ginger Pubes."
Harry's response, per the sketch: "I told you not to call me that because you know I don't have a comeback."
Middleton then gets a dig in at Markle, calling her "the woman from 'Suits.'" Harry shoots back, per Deadline (via Page Six), "She's not on 'Suits' anymore. She doesn't do anything anymore."
The sketch also takes aim at King Charles (Larry Dean), Queen Camilla, and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor (George Fouracres), who keeps demanding people call him "Prince Andrew." Charles, in the skit, tells Andrew, "You're arrogant. You're entitled. You represent an outdated institution that has had centuries of war, tax evasion, and slavery, and that's all great, but you have also been accused of terrible things, and that's where I draw the line."
Andrew's reply? "I swear, I never believed for one moment that my actions would have consequences."
The joke lands because, per Page Six, Andrew resigned from royal duties in 2019 over his ties to Jeffrey Epstein, was stripped of his prince title, was arrested in February for allegedly sending confidential trade documents to the late convicted sex offender, and is now fighting a judicial review over his arrest and the search warrants on his home.
The sketch also nods to Harry and Meghan's reported move back to the UK in August with kids Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, to be nearer to King Charles so the children could build relationships with the royal family. That was the subject of an earlier "SNL UK" cold open last month.
It's a lot of royal roast in one sketch, but the real feud, according to Page Six, continues. And this time, the punchline is on everyone.
