Ella Langley's Oklahoma show canceled over security threat
Page Six reports the country star's Friday night BOK Center gig was scrapped after venue officials said a serious threat made it too dangerous to proceed.

Ella Langley's Friday night performance in Tulsa, Oklahoma, was called off after BOK Center said a serious security threat made it impossible to go ahead, Page Six reports.
The venue posted on social media that the show was canceled over concerns for fans, venue personnel and the artist. Its statement said: 'The safety and well-being of everyone involved is our absolute priority, and after careful consideration, we determined that the show cannot proceed.'
No other information about the threat was released. The arena said ticket refund details would be announced as soon as possible.
Langley apologized on Instagram, telling fans the call was made with local authorities, the venue and her security team. She acknowledged how much her fans had put into attending, including their time, travel, money and planning.
'I can't tell you how sorry I am,' she wrote. 'This is not a decision that was made lightly.'
'I refuse to put anyone in harm's way.' - Langley on Instagram
The cancellation comes during a high point in Langley's run. The 27-year-old's 'Choosin' Texas' recently set the Billboard Hot 100's longest run at No. 1, surpassing Mariah Carey's 'All I Want for Christmas Is You,' which spent 22 weeks atop the chart, per Page Six.
Last week in Columbus, Ohio, Langley talked about the criticism she has faced over 'the way I look, the way I speak, the way I dress, the way I move, the way I sing [and] the way I write.'
'The girl that they're kind of picking on is the girl that got me where I'm sitting here today,' she told the crowd.
