Carrot Top Seen at Church After Suicide Attempt

The comedian was spotted in Las Vegas over the weekend, weeks after TMZ first reported his hospitalization.

Carrot Top made his first public appearance since being hospitalized for a suicide attempt in September, TMZ reports.

The comedian was seen Sunday at St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Roman Catholic Church in Las Vegas, where he waited in line to speak with a priest. He wore a light blue shirt and blue jeans and appeared to be in good spirits, per the outlet.

TMZ was first to report that Carrot Top attempted suicide at his Las Vegas home in September. He was taken to a hospital and stayed under medical care for several days.

The attempt occurred as the comedian faces a legal dispute with a former friend, Brian Evans, over an alleged sexually explicit video. Carrot Top's lawyers have accused Evans of extortion, which Evans has denied.
