Us Weekly found a lookalike on Amazon that costs $27: the Caramitty Short-Sleeve Knit Blouse. The site described the dupe as having a similar short-sleeve design, crew neckline and relaxed fit, plus a beige color close to Markle's. It comes in black, green and pink too.
Us Weekly recommended the top for transitional weather, noting it could be worn with trousers and flats for the office, a skirt and heels for lunch, or jeans and a denim jacket for fall. The sweater is made from an acrylic and cotton blend, per the listing.
