Madison LeCroy's $6 tee pick has our team buying in bulk

Madison LeCroy found a T-shirt that costs less than a latte and called it a Skims dupe. Now the New York Post's own staff is stocking up.

The Trendy Queen T-shirt, marked down to $6 for Prime Big Deal Days, got the "Southern Charm" star's seal of approval during an Amazon Live last year.

"It's giving a knockoff version of Skims," LeCroy said, according to Page Six. "Something about a white tee for me. It's super thick, I actually really like it."

The price convinced several New York Post employees to try it, and multiple have bought it again in other colors. The shirt comes in more than 30 shades including white and black.

Senior Audience Optimization and Discovery Strategist Meaghan Seward said colleagues, celebrities and thousands of Prime Day customers pushed her to buy it.

"I've hopped on the Trendy Queen bandwagon and never looked back," Seward told Page Six. "She's queen for a reason; these shirts are so flattering, so soft and so affordable."

Commerce Partnerships Associate Brooke Parker said the shirt met every promise.

"Not only does it fully deliver on being buttery soft and flattering, it's also so breathable and quick-drying, saving you from sweat stains that often come with fitted, colored shirts," Parker said. "Despite my extensive tee collection, I find myself reaching for my Trendy Queen weekly and will definitely be buying more colors while the Prime Day price is unbeatably low."

VP of Commerce Jackie Goldstein owns three Trendy Queen shirts after LeCroy's recommendation via Page Six.

"I think I own three Trendy Queens now (two white T-shirts, one black)," she said. "I was of course originally influenced by Madison LeCroy via Page Six's coverage, and the price really is wild."

Goldstein is also looking at other pieces from the brand while they are on sale, including the Long-Sleeved Crop Top for $6 and some loungewear.
