Chris Brown's Ex Diamond Claims He Threatened New BF

Okay, so Chris Brown's ex and baby mama Diamond Brown is putting some very serious accusations in writing. According to court documents TMZ got their hands on, Diamond says the singer has been making threats against her current boyfriend and harassing her for moving on.

Diamond claims Chris gets "extremely angry" when she dates other men even though they split two years ago and he has a new partner and child. She says he made death threats against her most recent boyfriend and his twin brother, and that third parties were involved too. Similar behavior allegedly happened with another guy she saw about two years ago. Diamond says both relationships ended because of Chris's harassment.

Diamond is not seeking a restraining order in these docs. She says she's tried asking his attorney since March to get him to stop but got no response. She claims he recently blew up at her in front of their daughter at a birthday party. She also says he's been harassing her through social media.

Chris denies it. His lawyer sent an email to Diamond's team saying, "Chris denies this and in fact I continue to see your client posting things that are inappropriate. Please send me specifics to address so I can understand and assist if this is really happening."

Diamond also says Chris has stalled on child support proceedings, refusing to turn over financial documents. She notes his estimated net worth is $50 million while she lives on $1,500 a month. She says he bought flashy cars for his other baby mamas but won't support their daughter fairly.

As TMZ first reported, Diamond sued Chris over child support and custody back in May 2026. She asked for primary custody, which he opposed. TMZ reached out to Chris's team but hasn't heard back.
