Agnifilo Firm, Repped Diddy, Now Reps Cornell Frat Brother
The law firm that got Diddy's most serious charges dropped is representing one of the accused Cornell frat brothers. Reported by TMZ.

Reported by TMZ. The Agnifilo firm, the one that got Sean "Diddy" Combs's most serious charges dismissed, has signed on to represent one of the Cornell University students accused in the Jane Doe case.
The partner handling the defense is Teny Geragos. TMZ reports that Geragos has represented Diddy and Harvey Weinstein, and she got a New York rape charge against Weinstein dismissed. The Agnifilo firm is also currently representing Luigi Mangione, the man accused of stalking UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. In a move TMZ describes as potentially brilliant, the firm entered a guilty plea for Mangione on a stalking charge and is now seeking to have the murder charge dismissed based on double jeopardy.
For the Cornell case, sources tell TMZ the firm is focusing on Jane Doe's initial statements that the sex was consensual and not a crime.
It is a classic PR defense: challenge the accuser's own prior words before the trial even starts. The firm is betting that a documented comment from the alleged victim is the strongest card. That avoids a messy credibility fight later, and it signals the strategy is about the facts in evidence, not about attacking the complainant. A move that direct is rare, and it tells you the firm thinks it has the goods.
